Is it really July already?? I feel like I’ve been waiting AGES for summer to come and now it’s finally here!! Love it!!

What can I say about these two besides the fact that they are a gorgeous couple? Brittany and Dalin are the sweetest, funnest couple and I am over the moon excited for them to get married!! We went to Edworthy Park (you know it’s one of my favorite places!) and did their engagement photos there. I love the variety of looks we were able to get from the one location. The blossoms were beautiful and I love it down by the river. Calgary really is a beautiful place.

The two of them look so happy together. I can’t wait to photograph their wedding in just a couple weeks. Congrats Britt and Dalin!!

Rachel & Jacob | Engagement photos

Jacob and Rachel are the sweetest couple and you can tell they are most definitely in love! Jacob lives in Edmonton and Rachel in Calgary, so they were more than happy to meet up in the middle of the week in Red Deer for their engagement photos. We met on a Tuesday which meant that they didn’t have to wait until the weekend to see each other, and you could see how happy they were to be together again.

I’m not familiar with Red Deer at all so we went to Kerry Wood Nature Centre, which is the only place in Red Deer I’ve been besides The Donut Mill (which of course I had to stop at after their session haha). The Kerry Wood Nature Centre is really beautiful and I think it was a great location choice. And these two looked great. I especially love their 2nd outfit choice.

Thanks for the fun evening Rachel and Jacob! I wish you all the best. And thanks to Jenny Fitzner for lending a hand, it was so much fun having you there!

Steph and Caleb

Steph and Caleb weren’t able to do engagement photos prior to their wedding, so we opted for photos after everything settled down. They chose to go to Sien Lok Park in downtown Calgary and Steph wore a more traditional Chinese dress. They braved the chill and even finished off the session with a leaf fight. I love when couples (and families) are up for having fun. Thanks you guys!

Janie + Ethan | Calgary Engagement Photography

You might recognize these two from their proposal photos recently. Despite being eaten alive by mosquitoes, we had a blast doing official engagement photos. Janie and Ethan are so great together. Lots of laughs and goofing around with these two, it was so much fun! I look forward to working with you again in just a few weeks for your wedding!
