Calgary Family and Wedding Photographer
I love this mom and her darling kids! I have been photographing them since Ryan, the oldest, was just a baby. I still remember accidently making her cry with my kids’ little puppet frog haha! Sorry Ryan 🙂 Brett and I met back in high school and it’s been such a pleasure to photograph her darling family over the years.
Words cannot describe how much I adore this family! Heidi and I have been friends for many years and it is always such a pleasure to be able to photograph her family. We met at a photo group a common friend had started and we hit it off. Heidi is an incredibly talented photographer (you can check out her work here) and I’ve enjoyed learning from her and working alongside her for several years. It’s always a little nerve wracking for me to photograph another photographer, but thankfully everything turned out as planned.
From the outfits and flower crowns to the mountains in the background, this session was simply perfect!! It was definitely worth the hour plus drive to get there 😉  Thanks for a fantastic night Allred family.

I haven’t been to Confederation Park in years, so when this adorable family decided on it as the location for their family photos I was excited! Confederation Park is perfect for a morning session as the light is simply lovely. And aren’t they an adorable family! Â I love their outfit choices too. Mom had them all dressed perfectly! I have known Mark, the hubby, for as long as I Â can remember and it’s so fun to see his family grow and to be able to capture these memories for them. Thanks for the fun morning Stehmeier family!
I think it’s about time I posted Katelyn’s maternity session as we’ve got some serious reason to celebrate! Katelyn and her hubby, Sean, have officially had their third little princess join their family!! They welcomed a teeny, tiny baby girl on Sept 30, and she weighed in at 4 pounds 14 ounces. Congrats you two!!
I had the privilege of photographing Katelyn for her maternity session back in August (oops… just a wee bit behind on this! 🙂 ) and she was just as beautiful as can be. It was a surprisingly chilly day, especially for the end of summer, but Katelyn looked beautiful and her dress was super cute! I love how it hugged to her tiny baby belly.

This wonderful family is off on a new adventure! They packed up their family of 7 (+ pup) and moved from Calgary to Victoria, BC!! They really wanted to have Calgary’s skyline in their photos as a reminder of their years here. Such a fabulous choice!! Good luck on your new adventure!
