I recently had a wonderful extended family session with the Thomas family! It was such a treat for me to be able to photograph such a beautiful family on their family’s land. What’s even more special is this was the first time the whole family has been together in about 3 years! What a blessing to have all their kids and grandkids together. Thanks for the great day!
I love the Piepgrass family. I met them when their oldest was about 7!! And now she’s in college and the 2nd is off to Mexico to do service! I love that they chose to have the Calgary Temple in their photos. It is such a beautiful place! We watched as the skies turned black and rushed to get photos done before the big, fat, heavy rain came. Thankfully we made it – barely.

I am excited to share this recent family session with you! I have had the privilege of photographing this darling family for the last 6 years and I love how each family session we have together is beautiful and unique. This particular session with Matt and Shelby is definitely one of the top on my list I’ve done with them! Shelby rented this beautiful, vintage, olive green sofa from Orange Trunk named Beatrice. As soon as I saw Beatrice I knew where she had to go – in the middle of the field at Matt and Shelby’s new acreage. It couldn’t have been a more perfect fit. The olive green of the sofa is one of my most favorite colors and pair it with the French Provincial style and a gorgeous family… PERFECTION!!
